Leavenworth

Jacob has been sooo excited about our annual trip to Leavenworth. He asked me about a month ago how many days there were until we went camping. Since there were 24 days, he thought it would be a great idea to put together a 24 piece puzzle to count down the days, one at a time. Everyday, Casey would somehow get to the puzzle and take it apart or swipe it onto the floor... and everyday, Jacob would patiently fix his coveted countdown puzzle. :)

Leavenworth is my ideal kind of camping for sure. Here are some pictures of why I love it here so much. :)

Each morning, I can grab my coffee drink and let the kids run on the playground.

Did I mention this coffee stand also has ice cream?!

My boys love swimming in the outdoor pool with their cousins.

Cousin love...

There is also a river you can swim in... or rent tubes and float down it!

It's fun to take pictures of the kids playing in the beautiful nature behind our cabin.

Mommy! Help!

They think these bunk beds are the best!

Brushing up on some t-ball skills.

Adam flies his model airplane and they all come running!

The town is a great place for shopping and eating!

Isn't this picture hilarious?

There is free wood to chop for a campfire. The boys watched their daddy use his big, strong muscles to chop it and helped him carry it back.

And they loooove smores too!

It was a beautiful night so Adam took some pictures of the moon.
...and of the boys with their glowsticks. :)
