Samurai's

I went to Samurai's for the first time during my friend's Bachelorette party and couldn't stop thinking about how much my boys would love it.  So the next week, we made reservations and went as a family.   It is the typical Japanese restaurant where they cook on your table, but the atmosphere here is really amazing.  There is a waterfall at the entrance, the entire place is low-lit, and every few minutes fire lights up on the tables around you.  The best part by a mile though was watching their little faces light up in awe.
 Throwing pennies in the waterfall.
 Deciding what to order...
They had chopsticks that were rubber banded at one end to make them easy for kids to use!
They were pretty excited about it... ;)
Our cook was amazing, showing us tricks from spinning and catching eggs in his hat, to special spatula moves and flips, to best of all... the fire volcano!  He really went out of his way to entertain our boys and their eyes didn't leave him for a second (even Casey was thoroughly entranced! ;).  We ordered shrimp, chicken, steak, and fried rice and it was all sooooo yummy!
This is the drum they get to play when it is their birthday... so I'm guessing we'll be back!  ;)
